Workshop Fee: $50
Come participate in this workshop pertaining to the combination of two therapeutic modalities; Yoga and Art. Participants will have the opportunity to:
- learn about the nature of mandalas
- participate in two art experientials (one before the yoga practice and one following the yoga practice)
- learn the therapeutic benefits associated with the practice of yoga
- participate in a meditation exercise
CEU's are available for continuing yoga certification. Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat. Several are available at the studio to borrow.
