YOGA FOR RECOVERY WORKSHOP
Led by Robert Skalleberg, MS, LPC and
Evelyn Zak, Certified Yoga Instructor

Yoga has been proven to facilitate healing and revitalize the lives of those who are confronting addictions. By creating a sense of balance, the practice of yoga increases the likelihood of stable recovery. This workshop will introduce specific yoga postures and breathing techniques that can relieve anxiety and contribute to a lifestyle of abstinence and recovery. Attendees will also be instructed in the practice of Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative relaxation technique.

Workshops are 2 ½ hours long and are offered regularly at Yoga Source in Carytown, Richmond. We will also bring this workshop to other facilities and can tailor it to meet your needs.
